Bonitas Medical Aid is ******** !

I received pre-auth for surgery on 11 March. The process took place on 13 March. Since then Bonitas Medical has refused to pay the medical invoice. And nobody in their call center willing to help, or capable to help.

If you are considering a medical aid DO NOT consider Bonitas !!!
