Bonitas Medical Aid is a ****

Bonitas Medical are a bunch of ****mers. I’ve changed my medical aid in December in January I was in contact with them regarding my savings that would need to be transferred to my new medical aid. I was told that it will take 4 months I must send my documents. After I sent through my documents they kept on sending an automated email that my id needs to be a certified and a colour after that back and fourth, they eventually acknowledged that they’ve received my copy. On the 25th of June I received an email that they’ve processed my saving and that was after the numerous calls I’ve made. I was told that the transfer would take 7 days. Today it’s the 16 July 2025 they’ve not transferred anything. I’ve been calling them every time I call they would tell me that they will escalate it.
