BONITAS MEDICAL AID ID USELESS
Don't even think joining bonitas their service is below 0, when you log a query no one knows how to help from.their call centre, app and finance details they ignore calls logged, logged a requested for them to debit my account but every month they fail and have no answer as to why,
Their staff knowledge is limited it's embarrassing it's waste of time to call them for assistance
