BONITAS MEDICAL AID - DOUBLE DEBIT ORDER & PATHETIC SERVICE
Bonitas suspends your Membership but yet there is CREDIT of R 2 524 on my Account. The Payment for December 2025 premium was paid on 4 December 2025 they did confirmed VIA email that is was allocated. Then they took AGAIN the December 2025 amount of R 2 524 and R 4 047 for January 2026. PLEASE UPLIFT MY SUSPENSION IMMEDIATELY. Absolutely pathetic service saying that I must wait until 7 January 2026 which is NONSENSE. And then I the Member have to phone in everytime and holding now for 15 minutes. My Doctor needs to get Authorisation for my Admission on Monday.

Should both your debit orders dated 02/01/2026 be successful, you may request a refund or have the credit allocated toward your contribution for the following month.
