Bonitas Medical Aid

I claimed my savings last year and was promised that they will be paid May 05 this year . Its 20 May and still no payment. Everytime i enquire theres no response just my statement and a different payment date . Bonitas service is utter nonsense and highly unprofessional. Use Bonitas at your owm RISK!!!
