Bonitas Medical Aid

We have decided to join Bonitas at the beginning of the year and ever since we just had problems. It seems as if Bonitas wants your whole life story from the day you were born. The broker I spoke to told me that we will be covered for our chronic medication for the 1st three months. That is a lie as I now have to pay everything for a whole year as Bonitas has declined everything. Every time you phone them they need something else. He also did not tell me that if you join late there will be a late joiners fee. When I spoke to a consultant at Bonitas she told me my monthly fee will be R4014 now Bonitas wants more. This is really unacceptable and I will never suggest Bonitas to any one to join. I am really disappointed. I am going to cancel because they are useless to me.
