bonitas medical aid Boncap option
My husband and I have been a member of Bonitas Medical Aid standard option since 1999. But due to my husband going on pension we could only afford the Boncap option
What a waste of time and money!! I have had a history of stomach ailments for a long time we had no problem when we were on the standard option but now they will not pay for a thing of my chronic medication or even allow me to go for a gastroscopy or a colonoscopy. My medication by the way is not even R200 per month. I have written a email to their board but to know avail. This medical aid is useless and I'm seriously thinking of joining another one next year. They are hopeless!! To be treated like this after 20 years!!
