Bonitas medical aid boncap
Bad medical aid ever. I have never been treated so bad by a medical aid, just for authorisation. Every time when I call them they either cut off my call after I give them my details and no will call me back. I'm not sure if we will continue with them. Being pregnant and treated like this is not nice at all. When you ask them a question, they always don't have straight answers mxm. All I want to know is whether they will give authorization or not. I've been waiting since 1 October for feedback from underwriters
