BONITAS MEDICAL AID. BAD SERVICE AS USUAL!

Bonitas bad bad bad service.......Is there any hope for Bonitas medical aid???Three days ago I requested a chronic medication application form.They admit receiving the mail with query number300123QHK30G My medical aid nr ***.As I know Bonitas to be a bad service provider,I ask again for same the next day,Again they acknowledge by sending a reference nr.Still nothing.My monthly premium is absolute up to date. Fellow South Africans, Please check out Bonitas and their designated pharmacy (Pharmacy direct`s) reviews before considering joining Bonitas medical aid.
