Bonitas medical aid bad service
Bonitas medical aid!! Your service is utter poor and to top it all off your customer service agents have a very bad attitude. They have no polite way of speaking to clients on the phone. #auth no ***1 provided by your hospital Auth department. This lady was very rude.
