Bonitas Medical Aid
Signed up for a new membership using Tenderonline. Agreed on the amount and once the medical aid cards arrived the amount was a thousand rand more than what we signed up for. Back and forth correspondence and no resolution. Absolutely shocking and rather frustrating!
