Bonitas Medical Aid are ******** !!!!!!
I went to the hospital In Rustenburg,Peglarae Life hospital on the 16 April 2022 . I’m a member of Bonitas medical Aid scheme, I’m using Bonitas Primary Option. I was told I could go to any one of the private hospitals and I went to Paglarae Life hospital as I got sick in Rustenburg. The medical aid has not paid for the charges incurred on that date until today. I have no proper explanation as to why they have not paid and I was not even admitted,imagine if I was admitted I would have to incur thousands of rands of charges but I have a medical aid. Bonitas Medical Aid are ********** that take our money monthly but when they have to pay service providers they fail. I hardly go to the hospital and this is what I get when I finally do!!!!!Its unacceptable that members are treated in this manner!!

They have privately rep**** but nothing has come out of that reply. I’m not sure how many decades I should wait for them to be of assistance!!!!They are just a bunch of ******** as they have proven themselves to be !!!! What is so hard to get back to me on whether they are going to resolve this matter or not!!!!!
