BONITAS MEDICAL AID and PHARMACY DIRECT ARE ****!

I wrote a review recently about BONITAS MEDICAL AID AND THEIR USELESS COURIER PARTNER PHARMACY DIRECT regarding the delivery of my CHRONIC MEDICATION. Nothing has changed. I am still experiencing the SAME **** I did with them last month. My membership fees per month is R2650.00 (Primary Option) and my chronic meds co-payment R950 what a ****! I am seriously going to consider another medical aid because I cannot go through this ******* every month. The stress and anxiety it causes me is IMMENSE. It is the 27th of July and still no chronic meds which include anti-depressants, anxiety meds and ARVs. Bonitas blames Pharmacy Direct. Pharmacy Direct blames Bonitas. NO! JUST NO! Sort out your own ****! DON'T MAKE IT MY PROBLEM.

When considering a medical aid don't choose Bonitas or their junk courier Pharmacy Direct. They will cause you more harm than good.

No way I am getting off chronic meds with these useless MFs.
