Bonitas Medical Aid: A Nightmare Experience

Honestly, Bonitas Medical Aid is the worst. I was admitted for a procedure, the hospital billed according to the exact scheme rates, including equipment, theatre, recovery, and ward. Yet Bonitas decided to pay only 7k out of 19k! How is this possible? That’s barely a quarter. How is this even acceptable? I’m seriously reconsidering renewing this nightmare of a medical aid. #BonitasFail #MedicalAidNightmare #DoBetter
