Bonitas medical aid
I was rushed to the emergency room, i am in terrible pain. After all tests was done i have a life threatening infection and needed blood ,i was sent home to bleed out as my medical aid didn't want to give authorisation for me to be admitted for antibiotics and blood ,in a life threatening situation what's the point of having a medical aid and can't even be assisted when needed.??
