Bonitas Medical Aid

Where do i start because i'm not sure? But i'm tired of Bonitas Medical Aid story's, my mother must get a CPAP sleeping machine to help her with sleep apnea. She gets it very bad and stops breathing at night like 122 times in a hour and because of this she has a bigger liver and heart and she can get more problems and more sick. She could die in her sleep. Ok the problem is Bonitas said in a letter emailed to me and Medi Sleep Bloemfontein that they will only pay R12800.00 and the claim is R15600.00 So we don't have a problem to pat the outstanding balance the problem is they already sent this letter the 1st of March 2018 and still the people at Medi Sleep Bloemfontein struggle to get answers from Bonitas. They have so many story's and then they say they not going to pay and then another agent say but they will only pay R12800.00 and then they must do the claim over again and so on and so on and so on. Really people can it really take more than a month and 5days to do a claim? Why do we pay R4500 per month? And why did you sent a letter that is in on black and white you will pay? So now what should we rent a CPAP machine month to month for R800 per month or should i just wake up one morning finding my mother died in her sleep? Come on Bonitas what is wrong with you? All i can say is that i'm very gratefull for Lesley at Medi Sleep Bloemfontein for trying to help us get this sorted but she also reached a brick wall with Bonitas. The ref is ***-Q-N-3-D-B-X
