Bonitas Medical Aid

Bonitas is the worst medical aid you can get. I pay R4512.00 a month and for what? For **** **** service. Firstly my mother must go for a angiography and they declined it because they said it is asthma related, so they say the codes is not correct. We called the Dr and they gave new codes and again they declined it again because they need a letter for first treatment or something. Wake up people it is the first time they found this problem with my mother and they did'nt say she must go for any flippen heart operasion. Here is a old guy of 73 working with me and he is at Bonitas Boncap and everything was paid in full with bis heart attack, we are on a high plan the Primary plan and Bonitas don't want to pay ****. What is your problem? Should my mother die first before u can help her? Really you are a bunch of ******* *****ing our money every month but when you get sick you have lot of stories. We did not ask God to make my mother sick so you know what go to h€ll...!
