good day <br> <br> i have been with Bonitas for a couple of years now , never skipped one payment . My wife recently had a major operation which had to be done for health reasons , Bonitas gave me all the authorization for the doctors and hospital codes as required . yet to my surprise they send me a bill of over R7000.00 that needs to be paid from my pocket to hospital , I was blattently told \ Sorry You need to pay for this \" . it was not a cosmetic surgery and i was informed that they would not pay for a piece of surgical gauze ... but telling me to pay for the operation of R7000.00 is totally wrong ."
