Would like to use NO STARS but that option is not available. Send Medical Aid email and then receive an automated email with another client's name on. They do not respond to the emails as well even though it states 72 hours. I am still waiting for them to respond. They also are not aware of medical procedures. I will not let my child be operated on for no reason. She has been struggling most of her life and now the medical aid emails the doctor for a motivational letter for a tongue tie. Tongue tie is a very specific operation which only will be done in cases where it effects the persons health and life. I explained that to the medical aid and suggested that they also start to educate themselves with medical procedures. I was told that the lady asking for the motivational letter was a doctor herself. Wow. I am not a doctor but I know why someone would need the operation. They cannot help me until the doctor drops everything he is busy doing and write the letter. This is the only medical aid I could afford at the time but seems that you get what you pay for.
