Bonitas ****med me my savings refund

I have terminated my medical aid with Bonitas and was told my savings will be refunded with 5 month, they asked that I send ID copy with bank confirmation letter and I did that 5 months ago and they acknowledged that they received them and will make payment in April. The month of April I was supposed to be paid, when I called them they said they will pay as they are still within their turnaround time so money will be paid before May of which they failed to pay. Now when I call them they now tell me my documents are not certified hence the delay, they had my documents for 5 months and said that they received them and will pay in April and never said anything about certified documents instead they were telling me about turnaround time. To date they said they escalated and still no communication. Bonitas is full of nonsense. I will never recommend it to anyone. They are a ****
