Bonitas-Marara "Pharmacy" Fiasco
Bonitas forced members to use Marara Pharmacy as medication provider. 0/10. This is uncompetitive behaviour, and I am sure violates my right to choose a service provider. Marara itself is simply overwhelmed. They have now ceased any communications and have not provided my CHRONIC medication in 13 days since I submitted my script, despite numerous calls to them. Completely inefficient, quite useless to do what they have been contracted to do, broke every promise made to provide my CHRONIC medication, numerous times failed to give feedback, took my money but deleted my order! Bonitas, this is a disaster! Do better.
