Bonitas / Marara Pharmacy dispensing .Shocking

Bonitas you have caused a serious and massive problem with changing from Pharmacy Direct to Marara Pharmacy as your only medication provider .

Have your Board of Directors, or whoever is responsible, seen, or are aware of problems this has caused with your members getting their chronic and other meds on time . Being a medical company one would think this would be top priority and you would know the real importance of this before giving this service to a company that is clearly ***********.

My Mom , 94 , member number *** has been waiting for her chronic meds since 18th March , many calls to Marara and Bonitas chronic meds ( lots of patience here with waiting times) .

Refs received from Bonitas 180325QVLX45 18 March , 270325QWOH9B 26 March ,Ref from Marara C***March, Bonitas agent said someone from Marara would call me , never happenned , Marara said med delivery will be escalated , that was 19th March .

Had to go to a local Pharmacy and pay for Moms meds for a month so that she has them and her health wont be jeopardised .

My Mom is one of thousands of your clients that has this problem , not really well implemented was it ?

Seems your clients come second after massive profits you obviously get through Marara .

What are you as a medical company doing to right this as soon as possible , maybe too late already.
