Bonitas & Marara Pharmacy a Disaster

Marara pharmacy is dispensing for Bonitas. As a Bonitas member I'm compelled to submit scripts to Marara by email. Thus a record of submissions do exist!

As Bonitas appointed Marara, Bonitas is primary responsible. However, Marara, although they have my email, then call. This after I clearly gave them instructions not to call me! They have my email!

On a follow up of when to expect the medication, 9 DAYS after submitting the script, you get the same generic email that states it has been assigned.

Upon calling the numbers on the email, you get in a que due to "high caller volume" for more than 10 mins!

The above is only the tip of the iceberg of complaints of slack or nil service from the Marara.

This serves as a warning that I will at my discretion, commence claim in small claims court against MARARA for the losses I have incurred!
