Bonitas making it diificult to use my funds
I had nothing but the best when it came to my experiences with Bonitas because i felt they were the best....that was until now when you decide to make me jump thru hoops to use my accumulated savings which i obviously require. PPN is a service provider chosen by you Bonitas. I want to use my accumulated savings....its your job. You get the info from PPN....why should i do any work? Im told the optometrist doesnt send a statement when claiming for the service provided to me....really! So i must now go run round contact him and then PPN to get these documents to you....guys this is ridiculous...i want to use my accumulated savings because according to you my savings for the year have been depleted...you do the leg work...and settle everything...i dont work for Bonitas....

I am grateful for your response and assistance. The gentleman who called me really helped clear up all the confusion as I previously tried to get clarity on my claim. There was some misinformation /system error as the previous consultant advised that no claim reflected but my savings were gone down to about R300. So that tied in with the self service from PPN really didn't do anything to help answer me. The guy who called me was nothing but professional, friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. So thank you for the awesome service in helping get my query on its way to being resolved...even though I don't recall your name...thanks to you and Bonitas.
