Bonitas - Making a positive difference

With my daughter born with trisomy 13, she required significant medical expenses. We were fortunate to have Bonitas as a medical aid as they were there to settle claims and rarely were a claim rejected or a co-payment required (granted not all medical services get covered - but this was well explained upfront). This is mainly due to the Bonitas clearly communicating with members as well as they excellently equipped staff that is able to provide insights into how the medical services rendered will impact on Benefits or claims. I am not on one of the highest options but received excellent service from Bonitas.

Well done, Bonitas. You make a difference in our lives. She only lived till 20 months, but Bonitas had a positive impact on her life. Forever grateful.
