Bonitas lying brokers

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I recently received. Frankly, I expected far better from your company. I was approached by your broker that visited my workplace promised me same if not more cover compared to my previous medical aid, now I'm with Bonitas my Discovery medical aid cancelled and having no option to change again I am left with my chronic medicine not covered. What makes it worse if the lack of empathy from 100 different people I spoke to over the phone. My discovery medical aid was cancelled in record time (31/03/2025) by you and yet your medical only became active on the 7th April that was the first red sign that I should not have changed to your medical aid. I know I will never be assisted or get feedback I just wanted to put it out there and help those who will fall to the same trat as I have - DON'T DO IT....
