Bonitas Live Chat is useless
The help live chat is utterly useless. I’ve been trying for days to get an answer to my question and either I’m sitting at 90th (or there abouts) in the queue and have to keep my app open the whole day to hopefully get a response or my question times out and I have to start at the back of the queue again. Literally DAYS I have to spend on this.
