Bonitas "list" of nothing

I am totally disappointed by fact that I had to drive around trying to find a doctor that accepts the Primary Select option. None of the Dr's on your list even take your "medical aid", like what exactly am I paying for? The cherry on top is getting a response from a consultant that "sorry, it's not our responsibility to update that list?" but it was sooo easy for them to send me a "list" to begin with. I have wasted petrol and airtime driving around trying to find a Dr. I'm moving to another provider.
