Bonitas Lies and Excuses when the need to payout individuals arrises

I recently reveiwed Bonitas for poor financial conduct in the conviscating of my medical aid savings after change of medical aid from Bonitas to Discovery. After writing the review Bonitas speedily and informed me that they are allowed to keep my savings for 4 months as per the medical schemes act 133 of 1998 section 10. I decided to do my own research and could confirm that this statement or rule referred to by bonitas does not exist in the act. I then forwarded this to Bonitas to give further answers but has yet to receive a response.

i find it highly ********* and dissapointing that Bonitas would look for any excuse to not pay customers what is owed to them or to resort to lying to justify why they should not give customers their property
