Bonitas.... less than useless

The WORST medical aid in SA! Do NOT be tempted to join this circus. They have ONE rheumatologist on their "network" of providers. Sadly, this doctor is not accepting any new patients. I have tried for almost 2 months to find out what alternative they suggest.... still waiting for a response, while I suffer in constant pain daily, unable to perform simple task like fill a kettle or put my totebag on my shoulder or pick up a carton of milk or juice... They are a complete joke, rather join any other scheme. Who knows maybe one day Bonitas will have the decency to respond to my emails asking for assistance/guidance.
