BONITAS LEAVES YOU UNCOVERED

My husband sent bonitas a letter on the 27th March 2015 to ask them to terminate his and our sons membership making me a main member as i am 5 months pregnant and can not be without a medical aid, the agents told him its fine they can do that and i will be the main member and not lose any benefits... On the 31st March 2015 [4 days later] our membership was terminated fully leaving me a 5 month pregnant woman without the cover that they promised! i have emailed and called since then to sort this out without any response... looks like they rather terminate memberships then add new ones.
