Bonitas learning curve; 1st investigate their app

Bonitas is hands down the worst communicators in the medical aid business that I know-off! Your app adds no value and is nothing like your website. Currently it is just taking-up space on my phone. When I try and resolve matters with your I only receive an email afterwards confirming that the matter has been dealt with successfully? Not a single phone call, nor any dialogue you just ASSUME that the matter has been resolved when it is not the case at all!
