Bonitas is very *********** and they lie

Bonitas Medical Aid is a nightmare.

I have requested for a " Medical Certificate " since the 12 October 2026 I need to do my tax returns SARS is on mycase I have a final demand with SARS but Bonitas have not given me the certificate . Iv sent *** iv made phone calls being sent from here to there no one knows anything. I'm very hurt and disappointed sars is not a joke I need the certificate or I'm in trouble . Friday the 32st is my last day of submission before Sars garnishes me and Bonitas is not bothered.
