Bonitas is using Covid 19 as a BS excuse for poor service.
Covid 19 is being used as an excuse for exceptionally poor service! I cant tell you how many calls have been made and how long I have waited on the line to achieve exactly NOTHING!!!!! I have to work during this period and if Bonitas is so Mickey Mouse as to be unable to answer their god ****ed phones, giving Covid 19 as an ongoing excuse , they should be closed down. NO ONE CONTACTING MY COMPANY GETS THIS BS EXCUSE!!!
