Bonitas is USELESS

Good day. We'vs besn struggling to get hold of Bonitas to give the greenlight for My Sister's kidney transplant. We have personally sent numerous emails, made a million calls and queries just for someone to clme back to us. The medical Rep of Bonitas has been striugling as well. He also had sent numurous mails but his queries also get trasfered from A-B and back fo A again. The doctors at the hospital doesnt even get through to anhone.

We are really at wits now and furious as my sister has to endure a lot of pain. So now it looks like only her money is good enough cos she's also been paying all the Add Ons cash and on time. She already has an approved donor, which is family member.

Is this how they do business, how they only only receive monthly premiums? When all they have to do is get us, their medical Rep and the Doctora through to someone who can just give the Greenlight for the Operation? They were very eager to Up the monthlh premiums when they heared what type of operation nedd to be done.

Is it in any way fair that we still have to stuggle to get hold of Them?? They are TOTALLY USELESS
