Bonitas is USELESS

Bonitas is the most useless medical aid i have ever come about.I cant get hold of them and i have been trying to get a authorization threw from feb after they said we dont need any authorization we have cover for bloodtests.Not much but it is something.So i got a acc from the blood ampath that we own the money the medical aid doesn't pay for everything.But i phoned the before the time and they said that we dont need to worry.Know i can email and call i just get a computerise email.I said to them that i am going to hello peter to warn people.They really dont care we are just a number.
