Bonitas is useless

I fail to understand how Bonitas which is one of the major medical aid funds can leave a member without cover. All that was requested was a switch of main member to dependent and dependent would then become the main member. But they terminated the medical aid leaving the member without cover and 5 days later they have still not captured the new changes ***. The member is absolutely dependent on their medical aid. It's absolutely pathetic
