Bonitas is useless

We are currently having power outages every week my mum os having very difficulty breathing but i guess it not Bonitas fault. On the 10th of April i mailed the script through to bonitas with no response on the 22nd of May i called to find out the reason why no one has contacted me i was told that i mailed it to the wrong address so i mailed it to the email address given to me on the 22nd of May. Today is the 15th of June and guess what still still no unit of oxygen for my mum to use when the lights are out! My is not well and needs the oxygen that she can use without electricity. It so sad that sick people means absolutely nothing to Bonitas.
