Bonitas is useless!

Bonitas Medical Care is a useless medical aid! I have been a member since 2012 but as of November 2017, it has shown me the worst and most pathetic service. I had my daughter on the 28th November 2017 and tests we ran on her by her Paediatrician, Bonitas did not pay. I had to run after them and call them back and forth trying to get this paid. Besides this day, I had other issues where blood tests and x-ray done on her....still I had to run after the payment.

The most recent one an Ampath account not paid over 132 days. Bonitas' excuse, the wrong codes were used. I was asked to send Pathology Reports which I did in January already, nothing! Still no payment.

I have been calling Bonitas wasting my money and energy when they have been *********** in their jobs. I am highly dissatisfied with Bonitas and I will leave this company for another company.

Now I have to pay the outstanding money's to Ampath because they are going to hand me over. My credit record is on the line because of Bonitas, whom I have paid religiously every month without fail.

Highly dissapointing!!!
