Bonitas is unreasonable.

My wife cancelled her membership with Bonitas as she joined her company's compulsory scheme. She had to wait for acceptance of membership on new medical aid before she could cancel. Her new medical aid inception date was 01/01/2020 and her first salary deduction is end of January. She requested that her debit order for end of January with Bonitas to be cancelled as she can't afford a double deduction from 2 separate medical aids. She never made a claim against her Bonitas medical aid and never failed to be her monthly contributions. Even based on this, Bonitas refuses to cancel her last debit order out of good faith.
