Bonitas Is the Worst No Accountability, No Communication!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Bonitas Medical Aid. Not only do they ignore emails, but they also refuse to fix ongoing issues. I’ve tried countless times to get help and clarity, and every time, I’m met with complete silence.

How can a medical aid provider operate like this? You pay them every month, but when you need support, you’re ignored. They don’t respond, they don’t follow up, and they show absolutely no urgency or accountability.

I’ve completely lost trust in Bonitas. They are by far the worst medical aid I’ve dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone. If this is how they handle communication and problem-solving, I shudder to think how they would respond in a medical emergency.

Bonitas, do better. People’s health is not a joke.
