Bonitas is the worst Medical aid i have ever csme across

This medical aid is so useless we pay so much for having a medical aid the company Bonitas wouldn't even givebus a membership card I recently requested a Nrb Machine with a motivation Letter from my Dr but medical aid refuses to give us a simple Machine so if tomorrow I loose my leg they will not approve clutches for my support I would not advise anybody to use Bonitas as a service provider for a family of a our contribution is R8 000.00 per month and the state pays 2 thirds that's R24 thousand a month and they can't give us a Neb Machine
