Bonitas is the worst medical aid fund that has ever existed

Worthless medical aid company. My wife and I put in a claim for a legitimate refund on the 10th after confirming with Houstan that our documentation is in order. We were advised that it would take 10 working days for the money to be reflected in our Absa account, but still there's nothing. Pitiful service, forever giving clients the run around. I have spent just over R300 worth of airtime trying to get this matter fixed to no success. If my wife wasn't pregnant I would cancel the membership immediately.

I am so annoyed. You call my wife interrogating her like she's a ******** when everything from our end is in order. The reference provided above along with the consultants name is from the day that we were notified that all document are in order and that the process for crediting our account is in place. I don't care if you can't find the email trail that shouldn't be our problem. If anyone calls my pregnant wife again and treats her the way she was treated on Monday I'm reporting Bonitas, their consultant Houston and the team leader Ella Letlole to the Council for Medical schemes this is preposterous.
