Bonitas is the worst medical aid

Worst Customer service ever. Been trying to get a claim settled that Bonitas incorrectly processed and had rejected and now I have received a final letter of demand for payment. I have even lost count of how many times I have called to get this rectified and every time I get the same answer" Your request will be prioritized, and the supervisor will be notified" 3 months of this and I am still waiting for a supervisor to contact me. This has got to be the worst medical aid ever. I will tell anyone considering joining this medical aid to think 5 times and read all the negative reviews for customer service.
