Bonitas is the worst and does not care

Complaint (1) I was admitted in hospital and got discharged on 07/02/2025 with chronic script. I have been trying to get authorization from Bonitas medical aid till today no authorization. I am left stranded with no medication I am even feeling like going back to hospital to get re-admitted at this point. Worst part I can only use one pharmacy to even get the medication that only works on delivery without having to pay 40% core payment but still do not have chronic authorization.

Complaint (2) My daughter was also admitted in hospital and discharged on 12/02/2025. She has to go to school in Mpumalanga Nelspruit today 16/02/2025 and she went without medication because for some reasons we can only use one pharmacy direct that did not even load the medication as yet. She is stranded also without medication as the one she came out of hospital with is finished. How is she going to get her medication?
