Bonitas is stone cold!!!!

Bonitas is stone cold!!! How on earth are my wife and I expected to get authorisation for the paediatrician every time our boy is sick? My wife's membership number is *** and I can assure that she will leave Bonitas. It does not take rocket science to figure out that the paediatrician is based at Rosepark Hospital, therefore, we took my boy there because he was sick!!!! Who on earth thinks about getting authorisation when their child is sick? You people should leave the medical aid business because you are so cold that you are devoid of human emotions!!!! As it stands, we owe the paediatrician between R2200 and R2200 because of your lack of empathy!!!!
