BONITAS IS RUINING MY LIFE

<p>I terminated my bonitas membership in January 2016 due to change of employment four months down the line i get an sms from credit worx saying my account has been handed over due to non paymnent then i received a call 2 days later from the same company saying that i owe Bonitas R150 i told the person calling that i didnt know what they were i trully believed that it was a **** after that i was receiving numerous calls from this company telling me that the account has been handed over i need to make payment immediatetly i told the person that i will call bonitas first and find out what is going on. I then called Bonitas i explained that i am recieving calls from credit worx saying i owe you guys money and i have no idea what they are talking about as i have never received any communication from Bonitas informing me that i have money owing and they rudely said i owed 150 and the persin was not able to explain to me what was that money for and that is when my blood pressure went up as i was 8 months pregnant i got very upset anyway i just paid the money to avoid having a bad credit record the money was paid in July, we are now in September i received a call from the same company credit worx saying i owe Bonitas R595 now is this really a **** or what i am really confused i asked the person from credit worx that not so long ago i was asked to pay 150 now why was i not told then that there is an additional amount of 595 that i need to settle but what upsets me the most is that i did not receive any notification from Bonitas making me aware that i owe them money. I told the person from creditworx that Bonitas has never ever contacted me and spoke to me about these monies. The guy said they sent an email to my previous employments email address i then told him that i am no longer with that company what is the point of Bonitas to have my cellphone no, my postal address if they will not exhaust those means of trying to get hold of me surely they received a response saying that the email address they used is no longer in use. Why did Bonitas account department call me to let me know i owe them money instead of handing over the account and making me have a bad credit record which will have a terrible impact on my life and that of my family. At this point i am very confused i dont know whether this is a **** surely if i owed a big medical aid scheme like Bonitas they will be professional enough to call me and tell me that i owed them money somebody please help with this matter.</p>
