Bonitas is *******

The experience I have received from Bonitas is appalling. The medication my wife is due to receive from a Specialist that is prescribed, Bonitas will not pay for it, because it's not on their list, bear in mind that all other Sugar medication has not worked, whilst this one whilst in hospital worked. To date they are rejecting it, and my wife has no sugar tablets to control this. Her sugar has risen to 24, so if something is to happen, I pray to God nothing does, but Bonitas is an absolute joke, and I will be changing medical aids, for R7000 a month a pay. I will be taking them on legally should anything happen, with everything I got. I never dealt with more *********** people on the line than them.
