Bonitas is refusing to pay my savings refund!
Bonitas is literally refusing to pay Savings refund.They told me they going to process the claim after 4months.4months passed and I submitted all required documents ….now they telling me the copies should be in colour???Which was not mentioned in the first place?I called in yesterday and I was also told that even after submitting all documents I would still have to wait another 4months?meaning it takes you guys 8months to process a mere claim!
