Bonitas is outdated and Useless

first of all let me start off by saying that the Bonitas call center staff is so useless, beyond that their digital tools are so basic and stupid. I have logins for my account on the web but can't log in. I have used multiple browsers and changed password many times and every time I try to articulate that I am told that my account is working and that they can logon on their side. How does this make any sense, I have changed my account how many times I don't know honestly. Terrible client experience, and useless and outdated systems. Don't even get me started on the App, this is bad!!
